Estimated Shipping Schedule

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) will be processed the same day.

Shipment Handoff: Shipments are handed off to the carrier between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (Monday - Saturday).

Carrier Information: All shipments are processed through Canada Post, with a daily dispatch at 4:00 PM.

30-Day Return Policy

Return Conditions

Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund, less postage costs, for products returned in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale items). Please take your time to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Full Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund, including return postage costs, if:

• The item is incorrectly described.
• The goods differ significantly from the sample shown on our website.
